Who is JHDPCB?
Founded in 2009, JHDPCB has more than 10 years of experience manufacturing full range of PCBs. From simple one or two layers PCBs to high complexity multi-layer PCBs. Low, medium or high volume – Whatever you need.
We have a factory building of 48,000 square meters, with a monthly production capacity of 50,000 square meters. We have provided PCB products and solutions for more than 30,000 customers. Average daily orders exceed 3000 cases.

What are our workings hours?

Production: Three shifts in 24 hours
Monday-Saturday

Sales and Engineering: 9:00 am-6:00 pm GTM+8
Monday- Saturday
We do not work on Sundays and public holidays.

What is our Standard Build Time?

Build time means production lead time.
Single & Double-layer PCB – 10 days (2 Weeks)
Flexible PCB – 10 days (2 Weeks)
Multilayer Rigid PCB – 12 days (2 Weeks)
HDI PCB – 15 days (3 Weeks)

Some special cases will require more time to manufacture and this conveyed to the customer upon receipt of order. Ask our sales person for more details please.

What’s the common reasons for PCB production on-holds?

• Any files are damaged or missing
• Board structure is not defined
• Undefined surface finish
• No drilling files available
• Missing hole
• Plated holes and non-plated holes are not defined
• No aperture list available
• No layer stacking information available
• Gerber files are not scaled proportionally
• Lack of thermal connection on the plane layer
• PCB manufacturing requirement is not provided or incomplete, such as:The material type of the board and the thickness of the finished board、Finished copper thickness、PCB size and outline、V-Cut or Drilling information、Differences between Gerber files and PCB manufacturing requirement、

What is Our Quickest production Time?

Single &Double- layer PCB – same day（12 hours）
Flexible PCB – 1day (24 hours)
Multilayer Rigid PCB – 5 days (1 Week)
HDI PCB – 10 days (2 Weeks)

Can JHDPCB manufacture blind/buried vias?

Can JHDPCB manufacture HDIPCBs?
Yes, we can. In fact, we are very professional in HDI pcbs producing; you can check our advantages in HDI PCBs.Can JHD produce plated holes on board edge, round-edge plating etc.

What are available laminates I can choose?
Laminate is the core factor of PCB, which determines the quality of PCB. In order to provide high-quality PCBs, we all use well-known brands of laminates. For specific details, please refer to our Laminate Database.

JHDPCB has shipped to more than 120 countries; we have multiple shipping options for you.

The delivery time mentioned above is for reference only, and the time limit is different for different destinations. When the courier or shipping company is busy, the time may be extended. Please reserve some time according to your actual needs. We are not responsible for the delay caused by the courier or shipping company, but we will try our best to ensure the on-time shipping date of the order from our side.

For Courier, you can use your own account, or you can use our account and pay us freight together with the order.By Air or sea, you can use your own forwarder or ours, the specific fee division is based on different trade terms.

Keep in mind, no matter what kind of shipping way you choose, you are responsible for all costs, customs duties, and value-added tax at the port of destination. JHDPCB cannot predict the specific costs and will not bear it.

What payment methods are available?
We accept a variety of payment methods, you can choose as follows according to your actual situation：

• For amount (less than 1000USD), we can accept PayPal or Bank Transfer.
• For amount (less than 20000USD, but more than 1000USD), we can accept Bank Transfer.
• For amount (more than 20000USD), we can accept L/C or Bank Transfer.

What kind of trade terms I can choose?
If not specifically stated, all quotations are based on EXW terms. But other terms are also acceptable, like FOB,CFR,CIF. You can check 2010 INCOTERMS SUMMARY for reference.
